50% of the basewine has been matured in French oak for 4 months. The wine displays a fresh lime character, accentuated by the vanilla flavours of the Argonne Oak. The colour is creamy yellow with a piercing mousse. FOOD PAIRING: Fish dishes but tiramisu, crème brûlée, fruit tarts and nutty desserts would also be great. Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs is very refreshing as a welcoming drink and contrasts desserts wonderfully. ANALYSIS: Alcohol vol% - 12% R.Sugar - 4.0 g/lt Total Acid - 8.0 g/lt
